How to Make Yaki Udon Wagamama Style at Home?

Sometimes I love to make dishes at home instead of going to a restaurant, place an order and then wait for a long time to bring a dish to me. Once I wanted to eat Yaki Udon at Wagamama but unfortunately it was too late and my Car was also out of fuel. So I tried Yaki Udon Wagamama at home and believe me… it was very tasty. So Should I call myself a professional Chief? Hhhhh…. It’s Kind of Joke.

After making this, I thought I also need to educate my readers that they can also try this at home. (Make sure to try it at your own risk. Am not a Professional Chief, I am just here to try and educate only.)

What is Yaki Udon Wagamama?

Yaki Udon is a classic Japanese stir-fry dish made using thick udon noodles, vegetables, and meat or tofu. At Wagamama, their version of Yaki Udon is bold, hearty, and full of fresh ingredients. It’s cooked in a hot wok to give that slightly smoky flavour, which brings the dish to life.

The name “Yaki” means “fried” in Japanese, and “Udon” refers to the thick wheat noodles. So, Yaki Udon Wagamama literally means “fried udon noodles — Wagamama style.”
